We're a nonprofit that's fascinated by what makes youths tick.
What makes some youths more self-confident than others?
For those who are less self-confident, how can we facilitate them to become more self-confident?
For those who are already self-confident, how can we translate that self-confidence into achieving their goals?
Our starting point is that every youth is unique and has unique goals.
We want to enable youth to achieve their goals.
We believe this is best done through an individualised approach, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
To empower youth to pursue their goals.
Youth who are self-confident in their goals and future.
Every youth who wants to access coaching should be able to do so.
We value every youth regardless of background.
We don’t exist in a vacuum!
We’re happy to partner anyone that’s mission-aligned in developing youth.
Our model is a partnership with youth, parents, teachers and coaches.
We care about upholding the highest standards of accountability and transparency.
We care by listening actively and trying our best to understand others’ challenges.
We started as a small pilot with the wonderful funding support from The Majurity Trust. We literally wouldn't exist today without this first vote of confidence.
Given the positive feedback from stakeholders, we've incorporated as a nonprofit. Our UEN is 202349815D. You can find us on Giving.sg, BAGUS Together and Bizfile.
We've since received more grants to grow in Singapore, in particular, the Temasek Foundation New Horizon Fund.
We operate largely on grants, such as from the National Youth Council (NYC) for our Ride The Wave programme in 2025-2026.
