Coaching vs mentoring
A quick word on this, as we're often asked about it. Both mentoring and coaching are graet ways to support personal and professional growth. However, they differ in approach.
Mentoring is a process where an experienced person shares his/her knowledge and advice to help someone with less experience, usually in the same field. The mentee gains valuable insights and learnings from the mentor.
Coaching, on the other hand, unlocks the coachee's potential through self-discovery. Instead of giving advice, a coach guides the coachee by asking "powerful" questions. This boosts the coachee's self-awareness and empowers him/her to find his/her own solutions.
