Code of Ethics
We take reference from the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics and apply it across our coaching programmes, not just for 1-on-1 coaching.
(1) Responsibility to clients
We take the time to explain to youth (and their parents, for those below 18) what our coaching programmes cover and don't cover, and how we maintain confidentiality. We make ourselves available via WhatsApp 7 days a week.
(2) Responsibility to practice and performance
We're committed to resolving any ethical concerns and possible conflicts of interest promptly, fairly, and transparently. We're glad to note that we've had ZERO such issues to date.
(3) Responsibility to professionalism
We set clear boundaries, such as requiring that all 1-on-1 coaching sessions be held strictly in public/safe places. We understand that it's important to not just be professional, but be perceived as professional.
(4) Responsibility to society
In Singapore’s diverse society, we believe that it's important to be inclusive, and to treat everyone equitably regardless of background. We strive to be one of the driving forces for positive change in people’s lives and society.
